  We are pleased to announce that the Indonesian Journal of Educational Management and Leadership (IJEML) has officially achieved SINTA 2 accreditation based on the Decree of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, as stated in Letter Number: 0228/DTS/C3/DT.05.00/2026 regarding the results of the accreditation of scientific journals.

  This achievement reflects our continuous commitment to maintaining the quality and integrity of scholarly publication in the field of educational management and leadership.

• Announcement: Implementation of AI Use Policy

  The Indonesian Journal of Educational Management and Leadership (IJEMAL) hereby announces the implementation of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Policy, effective March 2026.

  This policy establishes ethical and transparent standards for the use of AI tools in scholarly publishing. Authors are required to disclose any use of AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) in the preparation, translation, or visualization of manuscripts. AI tools must not be credited as authors, and full responsibility for the content rests with human contributors.

• Announcement: Changes in Publication Policy (APC) for the Indonesian Journal of Educational Management and Leadership

  To All Researchers, Academicians, and Esteemed Readers of the Indonesian Journal of Educational Management and Leadership

  We are pleased to inform you about a significant policy change that will be implemented in our journal. Starting from the March 2024 issue, the Indonesian Journal of Educational Management and Leadership will introduce article publication charges.

  Previously, this journal operated without any fees or charges for article publication. However, to enhance service quality and ensure the sustainability of our journal, we will be implementing an Article Processing Charge (APC) of Rp. 750,000 for Indonesian Authors or USD 50 for International Authors
