Ownership and Management Policy
Indonesian Journal of Educational Management and Leadership (IJEMAL) is a scholarly journal published by Kuras Institute in collaboration with Universitas Maarif Lampung (UMALA). The collaboration between Kuras Institute and UMALA is established through a formal institutional agreement.
The journal is managed by an editorial team consisting of the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, Editors, Reviewers, and other editorial staff, with each member carrying out responsibilities according to their respective roles.
The editorial management of IJEMAL is responsible for maintaining the journal's academic quality, managing the editorial and peer-review processes, upholding publication ethics, and ensuring the continuity and development of the journal.
Editorial decisions are made independently by the editorial team based on the academic quality, relevance to the journal's scope, originality, methodological rigor, and ethical integrity of submitted manuscripts. Editorial decisions are not influenced by commercial interests, institutional affiliations, personal relationships, or other non-academic considerations.
Kuras Institute, as the publisher, provides the institutional and publishing framework necessary for the operation and sustainability of IJEMAL, while Universitas Maarif Lampung (UMALA) serves as the collaborating institution. Neither the publisher nor the collaborating institution interferes with individual editorial decisions concerning the acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts.
Information regarding the journal's publisher, collaborating institution, editorial team, contact details, and other relevant management information is publicly available on the IJEMAL website.
