Indonesian Journal of Educational Management and Leadership is published biannually (issued in March and September).

Continuous Publication Policy

The Indonesian Journal of Educational Management and Leadership (IJEMAL) adopts a continuous publication model to facilitate the timely dissemination of scholarly research.

Under this model, articles are published online immediately after successfully completing all stages of the editorial and production process, including peer review, revisions, copyediting, proofreading, layout editing, and final approval. Authors do not need to wait until the completion of an entire issue for their articles to be published.

Each published article receives its final bibliographic information upon publication, including volume, issue number, publication date, page numbers (where applicable), and a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

At the end of each publication period, the issue is formally closed and archived as a complete issue. This publication model enables IJEMAL to reduce publication delays while maintaining rigorous editorial and peer-review standards.
