Revenue Sources

The Indonesian Journal of Educational Management and Leadership (IJEMAL) operates under a fully open-access model. All operational costs of the journal are funded solely through Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid by authors after their manuscripts have been accepted for publication.

IJEMAL does not receive any income from advertising, subscriptions, sponsorships, or institutional funding.

All collected APCs are used exclusively to support editorial management, peer-review activities, website maintenance, and long-term digital preservation. IJEMAL guarantees that revenue sources have no influence on editorial decisions, which are based entirely on the quality and relevance of submitted manuscripts.
