Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dalam Menurunkan Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) dan Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Pada Remaja
Abstract
Terapi perilaku kognitif adalah pendekatan terapi yang berfokus pada aspek kognitif masalah dan gangguan kecemasan perilaku. Dalam upaya memberikan layanan terapi perilaku kognitif untuk mengurangi gangguan kecemasan sosial dan gangguan obsesif kompulsif pada remaja yang memperhatikan konteks waktu dan aplikatif khususnya di sekolah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif eksperimental. Penelitian ini memiliki rancangan eksperimen kasus tunggal, berupa rancangan eksperimen A-B-A. tugas peneliti adalah memastikan bahwa perubahan yang terjadi pada perilaku subjek harus merupakan akibat dari suatu kewajiban berupa intervensi menggunakan CBT, dan bukan disebabkan oleh sumber lain (variabel asing).
