Dear authors,

Please take note of the following important information regarding how we will stay in touch with you throughout the submission and publication process:

Make sure you’re using an email address that you check regularly. All updates will be sent there.

We’ll be using email as the only channel for official communication. No printed letters or other forms of notification will be provided.

You will receive email notifications for:

- Submission acknowledgement
- Revision requests
- Conditional Letter of Acceptance
- Final acceptance confirmation (this equals to Letter of Acceptance; LoA)
- Payment instructions, if applicable

If you'd like to keep a copy of any email, simply click Print in your email menu and choose Save as PDF.

Please remember to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) regularly so you don’t miss any important updates.
