Important Journal Notice: Document Recovery Following A Security Incident (Hack)

Dear Authors, Reviewers, Readers, and Accreditation Assessors,

In June 2026, the journal experienced a security incident involving unauthorized access to the journal system, which resulted in the loss or unavailability of a number of uploaded files, including article PDFs and peer-review documents.

Following the incident, the Editorial Team has taken all reasonable and necessary measures to restore the affected journal documents. We have made every effort to recover and re-upload the full-text PDF files of published articles. As a result, the affected articles are currently accessible again through the journal website.

For accreditation assessors and other authorized evaluators, the Editorial Team has also contacted the respective reviewers to request copies of the original peer-review reports. Once received and verified, these review documents have been re-uploaded to the relevant article records to ensure that the peer-review process remains properly documented and accessible for evaluation purposes.

Please note that we have not removed previously affected file entries from the system. In some cases, clicking the original file may still generate a 500 error. These entries are intentionally retained as part of the journal's documentary record and to demonstrate that the review files were originally uploaded during the relevant period of the article's editorial and publication process.

Accordingly, assessors may find more than one review file with the same or similar filename in certain article records. The earlier upload date represents the original review file uploaded during the article's publication process, while the more recent upload date represents the recovered or backup copy uploaded following the security incident.

The Editorial Team sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this incident. We remain committed to transparency, editorial integrity, proper documentation, and the preservation of the journal's publication and peer-review records.
