Teknik Supervisi Individu Dan Kelompok Dalam Islam
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the concept of individual and group supervision techniques from an Islamic perspective, focusing on their principles and implementation in educational settings. The study analyzes the foundation of supervision in Islam, which integrates the values of nasihat (advice), islah (improvement), and ta'awun (mutual assistance). It further delves into the techniques of individual supervision, such as observation, personal interviews, and case studies, and group supervision techniques like musyawarah (consultation), workshops, and inter-unit visits, all within the framework of Islamic principles. The paper concludes by emphasizing the holistic approach of Islamic supervision, which not only aims to improve professional competence but also seeks to nurture spiritual development and collective well-being.
