Manajemen Supervisi Pendidikan: Integrasi Teori Supervisi Modern Dan Perspektif Islam
Abstract
Educational supervision plays a strategic role in improving the quality of learning and teacher professionalism. This article aims to analyze the management of educational supervision through the integration of modern supervision theories and Islamic educational perspectives. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research by reviewing books, scholarly journal articles, and relevant research findings related to educational supervision. The results indicate that modern supervision emphasizes systematic, collaborative, and data-driven approaches, such as clinical, humanistic, and collaborative supervision. Meanwhile, supervision from an Islamic perspective is grounded in moral and spiritual values, including trustworthiness (amanah), justice, deliberation (musyawarah), and exemplary conduct, as derived from the Qur’an and Hadith. The integration of these two perspectives produces a holistic supervision model that not only focuses on enhancing teachers’ professional competence but also on fostering their moral and spiritual development. Therefore, integrative educational supervision management is relevant for addressing contemporary educational challenges, particularly in Islamic educational institutions.
